I am Leigh Ann Cook Richards, Principal Broker of Trendex Group LLC. Real estate has been my passion– and profession — for the last 35 years; since 1988, my focus has been mostly on residential homes, agricultural land, and commercial land.
As a native Nashvillian, my knowledge of the real estate market in the Greater Nashville Area of Middle Tennessee is extensive.
